DM cardiology training at CMC Ludhiana followed by 3 yrs intensive hands on experience at Medanta Gurgaon as consultant in intervention Cardiology under the supervision of Padma shri Dr Praveen Chandra.
Performed and assisted in over 3000 procedures including angiographies- coronary and peripheral, angioplasties- coronary and peripheral, pacemakers, devise closures, assisted in percutaneous valve implantations.
Got the best outgoing medical redident award in 2004 and was a Gold Medallist in the Baba Farid University for the highest marks in 2013.
